Time to cut down my diet..
I m one person who dun believe dieting helps in maintaining a very healthy weight. Now i m wrong...
I really cant believe the massive weight gain can actually be traced back to 2001 when i stopped training badminton and cross country running for a period of time. That time i was at a healthy 55kg. However, during my stay at Tjc, my weight shot up to 63kg. I really haf no idea how this happened at that time. I told myself it may be stress, exams, bla bla bla. Or the sudden reduction in the amount of workout i haf. I tot as long as i get enlisted things will juz get better.
Really, my weight during my stay in BMT maintained in the healthy region of 65kg to 68kg. Getting into my new unit then was the destroyer. There i learnt to be slack, cut down even more on exercising, every night eat supper. MCs sometimes came along the way to aid in the massive weight gain.
I really enjoyed my thai trip with my army friends. I enjoyed the food there and shopping. However, I was shocked to learn that my weight has actually hit 73kg when i returned to S'pore. I knew something has to be done, but then i was already unable to control my diet. I said to myself, as long as i resume my exercise regime like last time, amount of food isnt really going to affect much.
I was wrong. Now i m repentent!! Shen ah jiu jiu wo ah!! Everyday 5km run isnt working. I m desperate, cut down a bit on my diet but still see no sign of weight reduction. Siao liao lo.. Wad has become of my ORD resolution. Is 70kg really so hard???
