First and Last Dinner session

I had a conversation with my roommie last afternoon while i was packing. I guess it shld be one of those last few conversations we were having. We discussed and we decided to have dinner with our 2 neighbours next door.

me: hey i forgot to keep track of the time. Give me 10min and i'll be ready..

rm: dun worry. Are u the typical Singaporean who live his life by schedule?

me: (i can only keep quiet and smile at him)

rm: well relax..

me: ok give me 10min.

That was our first and last dinner tgt. We long wanted to have dinner tgt since CNY but due to busy schedule, we were not able to come out tgt. And while we were having dinner tgt, one of the neighbours who is a funky PRC student asked for our relationship status.

me: nope, single. u?

PRC friend(PF) : oh my gf is in China. She has nv been here before.

me: Oh cool. That muz have been tough for u both. Missing each other ya? Haha

PF: We are stable now.

me: cool.

rm: Do u have difficulty in remaining faithful?

(We burst into laughter)

PF: no problem at all. Do u? (Directing the question back to my roommie)

(We burst into laughter again)

PF: how come u are still single?

me: nah, i have not been effective at it..

PF: Dun believe, dun look like it to me.

me: @_@ u are good at flattering me.

PF: Not really!!! U are a biker, the girls upstairs know u.

me: @_@ u are pretty good at jokes huh. LOL. I dunno them.

me: anyway, pls help me check whether they have lodged a complain abt me returning late cos my engine might have been too noisy and wakened them up at late night. LOL..

(We all burst into laughter yet again)

And this was to sum up our first and last dinner session together which lasted 2 hours..
