What is eye power? Eye power is a supernatural phenomenon where the vision has the ability to create work.

As an engineer u practise EYE power. How?

U walk the site and u saw idling workers. Then u use ur POWER. Woah, they start working.

U saw the excavator not working. Woah, it starts excavating.

As ur rank gets higher, ur EYE power oso gains strength.

When u reach the level of a director, before u even step into the site, all the cranes, excavators and workers work super hard.
