Scientifically, heat travels from a region of higher temperature to another region of lower temperature.

Likewise the real "heat" in life. When heat is dissipated to ur side. u must either provide urself with thermal insulator or dissipated the energy by putting them in the output of ur work.

That might be a good motivation to work.
