I think this clip is really something we all as NSFs can relate to. Serving NS is hard, we got duties and worse of all, the persistent "arrows" just keep shooting at us. We just haf to learn something in NS, nv try to outperform others, as it will only bring more responsibilities without increment in pay.

Officers like to use these terms "for the sake of the unit", "for the pride and honour"! Now i think of it, its juz bullshit stuff that bluff us into working for them. There are always extra duties, 5 days in camp, sometimes nights off taken because of trainings. All these simply lock us out from this ever changing world.

In NS, i saw lots of girlfriend problems, and many of them ended up separating. I haf 1 lesson learnt here, i will nv go into a relationship cos i know it is going to end up like them. Its not about how durable the relationship can be, its juz about how destructive NS can be to relationships.

However tough things are in NS, we cant deny the fact that we make many good friends in NS. Everyone in the platoon is involved in each other daily lives, be it working or play. We truly understand one another and we know who are the ones that care and the ones who bo chap.

I think i really grow up in NS, and this is something i hope everyone can benefit from this 2 yrs.
