A smell

I remember taking a train for coaching. There was plenty of seats and i sat beside this guy who was talking very fast with his fellow friend. They had very little belongings. Maybe juz 2 bags.

I was not interested in their conversation. Morning ride for coaching meant that i would be staring into the air and everything's in a daze for me. Then, a strong and suffocating smell woke me up. I coughed, looked around and acted a busybody. The guys beside me did not seemed bothered at all by the smell. The smell stayed for sometime, say 30s, and during that 30s i was looking around for a dead rat. I stopped when the smell was gone.

The smell came again, and this time i observed that one of the guys stopped talking for an instant before continuing their conversation. Just wads with this smell man, it didn't smell like fart at all and where does it come from. I was quite bothered by it. I was thinking "hey wth is this smell doing here?' and stuff like that. Likewise, the smell stayed for 30s and i was dying then.

THEN the smell came for the THIRD TIME. And gosh!!! Wth was i still doing in the train. "1 more stop and it would be over", i silently told myself and looked to the direction where i guess it came from. One of the guys stopped talking for a while, grinned at the other as though they were engaged in some conspiracy, the other grinned too.

And i immediately i knew all those few intervals of 30s, i had breathed in some decent amount of FART.

I made one simple deduction: different types of food u eat led to different type of smell for that particular fart.
