Professional Communication

Juz last night casey emphasized the importance of communication at any construction site. He stressed that sometimes u need to drink coffee with the workers and try ur best to establish rapport with them.

However, there are often occasions when u cant use proper English to communicate with them, cos by doing so, they wont be able to get wad u mean.

me: den how? so jia lat?
casey: (always speak with wisdom) den no choice, u gotta go down to the same frequency with them.
me: well, how can it be done?
casey: there are work many many, time not many many, u work many many, then ur money will be many many.
