Motivation

Sometimes i feel that i have got much patience in doing things. So patient such that i can wait up to years to get my stuff done.

I applied this patience in teaching. I can afford years to see the results of my coaching. Yet, sometimes i feel that i deviated from the principles of teaching because after the first time, the second time of teaching them the right techniques, i stood back and watch them.

I think i m not a good teacher. I can only motivate.

I remember giving Swee's bro tuition. Actually swee, i didnt teach him much. He was motivated to do it himself rather than myself being a good teacher. He scored very well in the subject i "motivated". I hope my honesty here would not get u coming to me for refund.

There is this video below which i shall share. The students were training themselves enthusiastically while i was standing one side drinking water and filming them. All by themselves and u would understand how powerful motivation can be.

Some of them are not good now but i m sure they would improve themselves for the better.
