Running
Hi, i suppose its time to get back to the usual ways of writing new entries. =D
Been a little busy with preparations for CNY and my bro and i were lucky to get some sneak-away for healthy activities. I knew all along CNY celebrations would be damaging in many ways to my weight. Weight control recently has been somewhat a focus due to positive influence from uncle frank. LOL
Right on the last day of year of Ox, we jogged 2 rounds around bedok reservoir with my bro's friend, another naval diver. I knew why he asked his brother along when he got another strong runner with him. One reason would be that he knew his brother wont lag behind too much or that he felt that he had the obligations to encourage his bro for some healthy lifestyle.
Round 1, they did some slow jog and short sprints at regular intervals. Haha, i stored some power and juz jog diligently. Somehow i felt his friend was a lil proud of his strength.

bro: he siao one, dunno he run like that can last not.
(referring to his friend, 100m ahead)
me: ur friend is strong, i can tell from his breathing juz now. Now that it is still at the 1st round, i think he is cruising only leh.
bro: he doesnt pace himself well enough
me: haha, that i can tell for sure.
me: dun u realise, i can still talk to u with some ease. I stored some power for wad is gonna happen next. Are u game?
bro: (stun)
IN the end, i chose to fasten my pace and overtook them ard 200m before my bro sprinted and finished 100m ahead of me. His friend was 300m behind me.
No matter wad ur strength is, u shld have a good strategy of how u can use it, if not u can only lose out the advantage which u had earlier.
